I. Description:
XG640K is acrylic resin based compound matting agent. It is characteristic of stable gloss under different baking environment. The application of XG640K to the 50/50 or 60/40 resin could decrease the gloss effectively.

III. Application
1. The dosage of XG640K is 1~3%. It is suitable for 10~30% gloss formulations.
2. Lab test is recommended as gloss is related to resin used in the formulation. Coatings formulated with TianSong TS5700, ShenJian SJ3#B can even obtain finish with 5% gloss.
3. The highlight of XG640K is its very stable gloss under different baking condition.
4. It is not recommended to add catalysts such as imidazole in the formula to improve the impact properties, as which may lead to gloss and flow fluctuation.
5. Baking condition: 190℃/15min ~ 200℃/12min.

V. Package and storage handling:
Available in polyethylene-lined, multi-ply paper bags, N.W.20KGS/Bag, 600KG/PLT, 12.0MT/20# FCL.
Keep in the cool and dry place with temperature below 35℃, keep away from fire.
Shelf life is one year since production date. Seal the package well after using.
