I. Description:
XG640A is a kind of compound matting agent based on acrylic resin. It reacts with epoxy as 1:2. The powder coatings formulated with XG640A has the excellent impact properties; it can almost reach the effect of B68. The application of XG640A to the 50/50 or 60/40 resin could decrease the gloss effectively.

III. Application
1. The dosage of XG640A in formulation is 1~5%wt. It can obtain 2% gloss at lowest.
2. Lab test is recommended as gloss is related to resin used in the formulation. Coatings formulated with TianSong TS5700, TS6700, Guanghua GH1156, GH1261, ShenJian SJ3#B, SJ5#A can provide lower gloss and good impact properties.
3. It is not recommended to add catalysts such as imidazole in the formula to improve the impact properties, as which may lead to gloss and flow fluctuation.
4. Baking condition: 190℃/15min ~ 200℃/12min.

V. Package and storage handling:
Available in polyethylene-lined, multi-ply paper bags, N.W.20KGS/Bag, 600KG/PLT, 12.0MT/20# FCL.
Keep in the cool and dry place with temperature below 35℃, keep away from fire.
Shelf life is one year since production date. Seal the package well after using.
